My last post was about clients becoming friends. THIS one is about friends becoming clients! I have known Jessica since she was a tiny baby. We grew up down the street from each-other and our parents are best friends. We used to meet at the electrical box with our siblings and other neighbors daily and play (probably made-up) games like “beckon” and “all free”. We danced on top of that box like it was the spice girls, spice world bus. We ate spaghetti together every Thursday night before our neighborhood swim meets. Our families have actually celebrated Christmas Eve together every year since I was about 6 years old. We are pretty much family.
When I think of Jessica as a baby, I just remember her adorably saying “I want a tup with a tover” (aka.. a cup with a cover). and “lellow” (aka… yellow). I don’t know why that’s what I remember, but it is! haha. Its so hard to believe she is getting married! Heck, it’s still pretty hard to believe that I’m married and have two kids! Time sure does fly.
A few years ago we were all introduced to Connor. Connor Joined in on our Christmas Eve tradition and became a part of our extended family. Now instead of playing on the electrical box and singing spice girls, we have a few beers and laugh about it. They couldn’t be more made for each other. Connor is a great guy and loves Jessica with his whole heart. He treats her wonderfully and I couldn’t be happier for them both! I am ecstatic to shoot (and also party at) their wedding next year!
