If I haven’t told you how much I love my job, let me tell you. Let me shout it to you. I LOVE MY JOB!! I won’t lie to you and tell you that when I was 5 years old I dreamt of being a wedding photographer… Actually I dreamt of being a veterinarian until I realized how sad of a job that is. I don’t do sad well, but I do happy REALLY well!! Weddings are happy and that’s why I am so in love with shooting them!

Another perk of my job is that I get to meet so many amazing people. Not only do I get to meet them, but I get to be a part of this insanely happy journey that they are on to marry the love of their life. I seriously couldn’t have pictured a better career for myself.

Anyway, Ashley & Andrew are two people that I can say from the bottom of my heart, are some of those amazing people that I’m so glad I met. They are seriously the sweetest people. Most brides have that freak-out moment on their day… nope, not Ashley. She’s just so go-with-the-flow, loving and so dang sweet!

We arrived at Northstone Country Club, went into the room where the girls would get ready and I saw her dress. You guys, when I say her dress was the most amazing dress I’ve ever seen, I am not kidding. I probably said it like 10 times and then asked Cory “Isn’t this the most amazing dress you’ve ever seen”… Cory being his kiss-a** self, said “the second most amazing dress I’ve ever seen” (referring to my wedding dress). If I could re-do my wedding and wear her dress, I so would. It was perfect.

The fact that the girls wore purple Converses made the dress that much more awesome. I know how glad Ashley is that she wore comfortable shoes. It had NOTHING to do with the fact that heels would make her taller than Andy 😉
